Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Utah was 1,982,910 and represented 65.11% of the total Utah population.

Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake had the highest citizen voting-age population (728.70K), followed by Utah (363.52K), and Davis (222.38K).

In terms of percentages, Daggett had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.87%), followed by Piute (76.64%), and Kane (76.46%).
