US Citizen Voting-age Population By State in 2018 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the US citizen voting-age population was 228,918,195 and represented 70.89% of the total US population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest citizen voting-age population (25.23M), followed by Texas (17.86M), and Florida (14.72M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.50%), followed by Vermont (79.15%), and West Virginia (78.84%).
