The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.96M) and constituted 79.82% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (411.76K) and constituted 8.29% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (295.61K), constituting 5.95% of the total citizen voting-age population.
