Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 70,240 and represented 2.34% of the total Oregon citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (38.46K), followed by Washington (35.82K), and Marion (32.00K).
