Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Oregon was 144,755 and represented 3.76% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Washington had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (69.34K), followed by Multnomah (67.19K), and Marion (65.41K).

In terms of percentages, Malheur had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (28.53%), followed by Morrow (27.72%), and Hood River (23.36%).
