Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Oregon was 202,360 and represented 5.02% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Washington had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (87.03K), followed by Multnomah (83.35K), and Marion (74.10K).
