Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Oregon was 155,995 and represented 3.94% of the total Oregon citizen population.

Among all Oregon counties, Washington had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (76.87K), followed by Multnomah (73.32K), and Marion (69.74K).
