Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 960,075 and represented 26.15% of the total Alabama citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (208.92K), followed by Mobile (106.14K), and Montgomery (96.46K).

In terms of percentages, Macon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (82.24%), followed by Greene (79.50%), and Bullock (73.84%).
