Massachusetts Citizen Population By County in 2019 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen population for Massachusetts was 6,314,695 and represented 92.18% of the total Massachusetts population.

Among all Massachusetts counties, Middlesex had the highest citizen population (1.43M), followed by Worcester (779.22K), and Essex (721.95K).
