Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Utah was 2,029,030 and represented 65.52% of the total Utah population.

Among all Utah counties, Salt Lake had the highest citizen voting-age population (740.76K), followed by Utah (375.38K), and Davis (226.74K).

In terms of percentages, Daggett had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.05%), followed by Kane (76.15%), and Piute (75.07%).
