US Citizen Voting-age Population By State in 2019 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the US citizen voting-age population was 230,959,790 and represented 71.13% of the total US population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest citizen voting-age population (25.49M), followed by Texas (18.18M), and Florida (14.99M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.72%), followed by Vermont (79.42%), and West Virginia (78.92%).
