Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 72,020 and represented 1.95% of the total Alabama citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alabama counties, Madison had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (7.25K), followed by Mobile (6.33K), and Jefferson (6.29K).

In terms of percentages, Franklin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.03%), followed by Coffee (4.83%), and Dale (4.58%).
