Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 102,630 and represented 2.68% of the total Alabama citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alabama counties, Madison had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (11.44K), followed by Jefferson (9.35K), and Mobile (7.21K).

In terms of percentages, Franklin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.85%), followed by Marshall (6.28%), and DeKalb (6.02%).
