Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 72,020 and represented 3.46% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (30.80K), followed by Johnson (18.27K), and Wyandotte (13.53K).
