Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 72,020 and represented 2.54% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (45.09K), followed by Tulsa (26.51K), and Cleveland (13.19K).

In terms of percentages, Texas had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (23.08%), followed by Harmon (22.08%), and Tillman (18.76%).
