Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 967,605 and represented 26.26% of the total Alabama citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (210.41K), followed by Mobile (106.74K), and Montgomery (97.43K).

In terms of percentages, Macon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (82.45%), followed by Greene (80.11%), and Lowndes (73.51%).
