Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 2,551,105 and represented 33.95% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Wake had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (498.96K), followed by Mecklenburg (400.55K), and Guilford (218.10K).

In terms of percentages, Yancey had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (96.70%), followed by Ashe (96.50%), and Mitchell (96.35%).
