Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 44,725 and represented 1.03% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Asian Alone citizen population (14.62K), followed by Fayette (6.80K), and Warren (2.94K).
