The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.79M) and constituted 86.27% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (247.73K) and constituted 5.64% of the total.
