The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (150.51K) and constituted 60.62% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (82.05K) and constituted 33.04% of the total.
