Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the total immigrant or foreign-born population in Idaho was 104.36K which was 5.76% of Idaho's population. Among all Idaho counties, Ada had the highest immigrant population (27.61K) and immigrants constituted 5.69% of its population, followed by Canyon (pop: 19.09K, perc: 8.40%), and then Twin Falls (pop: 7.60K, perc: 8.52%).
