Massachusetts Immigrant or Foreign-Born Population By County in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the total immigrant or foreign-born population in Massachusetts was 1.21M which was 17.30% of Massachusetts's population. Among all Massachusetts counties, Middlesex had the highest immigrant population (355.58K) and immigrants constituted 21.90% of its population, followed by Suffolk (pop: 236.30K, perc: 29.81%), and then Essex (pop: 144.37K, perc: 17.94%).
