Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the total immigrant or foreign-born population in New Mexico was 193.25K which was 9.16% of New Mexico's population. Among all New Mexico counties, Bernalillo had the highest immigrant population (68.51K) and immigrants constituted 10.15% of its population, followed by Doña Ana (pop: 34.85K, perc: 15.98%), and then Santa Fe (pop: 18.41K, perc: 11.99%).
