Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the total immigrant or foreign-born population in Pennsylvania was 924.62K which was 7.13% of Pennsylvania's population. Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest immigrant population (228.81K) and immigrants constituted 14.33% of its population, followed by Montgomery (pop: 93.83K, perc: 11.03%), and then Allegheny (pop: 76.38K, perc: 6.13%).

On the other hand, the counties with the least number of immigrant population were: Cameron (pop: 28, perc: 0.61%), Sullivan (pop: 111, perc: 1.87%), and Fulton (pop: 116, perc: 0.80%),
