Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the total immigrant or foreign-born population in Washington was 1.12M which was 14.66% of Washington's population. Among all Washington counties, King had the highest immigrant population (541.39K) and immigrants constituted 24.16% of its population, followed by Snohomish (pop: 141.36K, perc: 17.24%), and then Pierce (pop: 92.76K, perc: 10.19%).

On the other hand, the counties with the least number of immigrant population were: Garfield (pop: 50, perc: 2.19%), Ferry (pop: 110, perc: 1.53%), and Columbia (pop: 141, perc: 3.55%),
