Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for New Mexico was 1,317,960 and represented 65.75% of the total New Mexico citizen population.

Among all New Mexico counties, Bernalillo had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (14.90K), followed by Do�a Ana (3.20K), and Sandoval (2.69K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.27%), followed by Lea (4.05%), and Otero (3.59%).
