Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,126,125 and represented 72.42% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (442.14K), followed by Sedgwick (369.21K), and Shawnee (132.93K).

In terms of percentages, Pawnee had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.53%), followed by Ellsworth (81.10%), and Trego (80.71%).
