Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 9,949,675 and represented 76.60% of the total Pennsylvania population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.15M), followed by Allegheny (978.99K), and Montgomery (640.42K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (87.67%), followed by Forest (86.93%), and Cameron (82.58%).
