Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative District 23 was 99.29K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (66.97K) and constituted 67.44% of the total.
