Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative District 23 was 99.64K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (66.44K) and constituted 66.68% of the total.
