Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative Subdistrict 35B was 31.99K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (28.44K) and constituted 88.92% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (1.75K) and constituted 5.46% of the total.
