Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative Subdistrict 35B was 34.53K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (29.83K) and constituted 86.40% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (2.29K) and constituted 6.64% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races racial group had the third highest (1.26K) and constituted 3.65% of the total citizen voting-age population.
