Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Missouri citizen voting-age population was 4.67M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.84M) and constituted 82.33% of the total.
