Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 998,375 and represented 21.39% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (174.83K), followed by Jackson (116.16K), and St. Louis city (97.81K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (41.92%), followed by Mississippi (24.51%), and St. Louis (23.28%).
