Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Ohio was 202,360 and represented 1.76% of the total Ohio citizen population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (78.47K), followed by Franklin (66.75K), and Lorain (32.87K).

In terms of percentages, Lorain had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.57%), followed by Defiance (10.06%), and Sandusky (10.03%).
