Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Oklahoma was 202,360 and represented 5.26% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (116.89K), followed by Tulsa (74.02K), and Cleveland (27.88K).

In terms of percentages, Texas had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (43.46%), followed by Harmon (29.92%), and Tillman (26.03%).
