The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.89M) and constituted 71.38% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (354.27K) and constituted 13.41% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (257.85K), constituting 9.76% of the total citizen voting-age population.
