The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (380.89K) and constituted 87.28% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (32.91K) and constituted 7.54% of the total.
