The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (254.35K) and constituted 46.22% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (219.99K) and constituted 39.97% of the total.
