Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative District 45 was 89.54K. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (66.65K) and constituted 74.44% of the total.
