Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland's State Legislative Subdistrict 7A was 62.13K. The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (46.60K) and constituted 75.01% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (8.25K) and constituted 13.28% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone racial group had the third highest (3.63K) and constituted 5.85% of the total citizen voting-age population.
