The Non-Hispanic White Alone racial group had the highest citizen voting-age population (85.35K) and constituted 38.77% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone racial group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (69.56K) and constituted 31.60% of the total.
