Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 3,370,642 people in Connecticut who had Health Insurance coverage (i.e. 94.77% of Connecticut population), and 186,152 people who did not have a Health Insurance coverage (i.e. 5.23% of Connecticut population).
