Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 2,985,816 people in Iowa who had Health Insurance coverage (i.e. 95.14% of Iowa population), and 152,516 people who did not have a Health Insurance coverage (i.e. 4.86% of Iowa population).
