Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, there were 1,659,719 people in West Virginia who had Health Insurance coverage (i.e. 93.58% of West Virginia population), and 113,840 people who did not have a Health Insurance coverage (i.e. 6.42% of West Virginia population).
