According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the birth rate for Idaho was 13.2. Madison County had the highest birth rate (28.35), followed by Power County (18.24), and Elmore County (17.22) On the other hand, Boise County had the lowest birth rate (7.33), followed by Clearwater County (7.51), and Lewis County (8.79).
