According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the birth rate for Kentucky was 12.61. Christian County had the highest birth rate (20.58), followed by Carroll County (16.5), and Todd County (16.04) On the other hand, Lyon County had the lowest birth rate (5.62), followed by Oldham County (8.9), and Meade County (8.9).
