According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the number of births for Idaho was 21,656. Ada County had the highest number of births (4,912), followed by Canyon County (3,007), and Bonneville County (1,841) On the other hand, Camas County had the lowest number of births (6), followed by Clark County (12), and Butte County (21).
