According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the number of births for Nevada was 36,053. Clark County had the highest number of births (27,255), followed by Washoe County (5,226), and Elko County (749) On the other hand, Esmeralda County had the lowest number of births (9), followed by Eureka County (14), and Storey County (16).
