According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of births for Oklahoma was 50,123. Oklahoma County had the highest number of births (11,421), followed by Tulsa County (8,994), and Cleveland County (2,840) On the other hand, Cimarron County had the lowest number of births (30), followed by Roger Mills County (37), and Harmon County (38).
